Exam Vouchers are sent to your email address within 24-48 hours of payment. Regardless of when you place your order, the voucher is always sent within 24 hours. If you have not received your voucher within 24 hours to 48 hours, please check your spam filter or contact us @ 9884987719 for additional help.  

Returns or Refunds

“HB Services ” is committed to your satisfaction. Due to the nature of our products, our voucher return policy is that voucher codes are non-refundable once they have been emailed to a customer and are out of our control.  If you believe you have ordered the wrong product, please contact us and we will see if there is anything we can do. We purchase our vouchers from exam sponsor such as Microsoft, CompTIA, Cisco, Pearson VUE. Therefore your product will always work when you schedule your test at a Pearson VUE.
